Why Marathon

Why Train for a Marathon?

He learns that personal commitment, sacrifice and determination are his only means to betterment…” – Noel Carroll, American philosopher.

Running the marathon is a true test of commitment to all the training that is required to get round the course. The dedicated marathon runner needs proper training and good diet but also needs mental ability to overcome the pain that arises during the 42KM run.
